Refund And Returns Policy
Return Eligibility: AT Solar offers a hassle-free 3-day return policy on eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.
- The return request must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the item.

Replacement Process
In the event that your replacement demand is supported, we will start a pickup of customer's old unit. Once the return request is conveyed, pickup will be finished by our dispatch accomplices. When you submit us the receipt, we will organize to send a new unit.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
